Work on your strength and flexibility in this basic yoga class while putting your mind and body at ease. Yoga relieves stress, improves flexibility and increases energy with traditional postures. Class ends with a guided relaxation.

Level

Intermediate
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
