Are you a decent swimmer, but need some tips on how to become better? Do you want a workout that’s fit for an Olympian, but don’t know where to start? This class is for you. The instructor will lead the class through swimming drills and a workout that will improve your stamina, speed and strength in the pool. Instructors will offer individual tips on how to improve your stroke. This class is great for lap swimmers and adult athletes competing in local swim races and triathlons.

Additional Information

Bring a water bottle, goggles and a swim cap. Class is limited to 6 participants. Call the front desk to reserve your spot.

Level

Intermediate
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
