If you like to dance "hip hop" style then come and join the fun! This class will get your heart rate up while you sweat to the music.


These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
