Group Fitness

Boxing-Barre is a fun, new cardio and muscle toning class.  You get the “best of both worlds!”  This class is a combination of punches, kicks, shuffles, and other boxing-type movements that will get your heart rate up for sure! Using a combination of barre and mat classes that include yoga and pilates-inspired movements, you will get a total body workout!
