A great place to start getting stronger, happier, and healthier.  It is designed to strengthen muscles and bones, burn fat, build core, increase balance, and release endorphins which induces happiness.  Work at your own pace.

These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
