WK Pregnancy Fit

Group Fitness

A total body conditioning class for expectant moms to help prepare you for the "sport of motherhood." Cardio, strength training, core and pelvic floor conditioning, yoga-based cool down and an active relaxation segment are included in this class. Physician approval is required to participate in this six week session.

Additional Information

A Fitness Center membership is not required.
