Group Fitness

Train for the “Marathon of Labor” and the “Sport of Motherhood” with our innovative circuit training format combining “mommy movement patterns” (push, pull, bend and extend, rotate, balance, etc.) with cardio and yoga.  This class utilizes bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, TRX, free weights, stability balls, medicine balls and resistance bands to challenge all fitness levels while integrating the latest core, pelvic floor and breath training techniques. We employ the small group training model, which allows us to provide individualized functional strength and cardiovascular training for moms in an atmosphere that is safe, effective and fun. Medical clearance required prior to participation.  First class by appointment.
