The experts teach moms-to-be about proper nutrition and exercise routines to follow during each trimester of pregnancy. This class prepares you for the lifestyle and physical changes during pregnancy. It's best to take this class during the first trimester of your pregnancy, but any time is acceptable to enroll. After this class, a free trial of Prenatal Yoga is offered to moms who wish to participate. Prenatal Yoga is optional. If you love Prenatal Yoga, the six-week session officially begins the following week.
