This is a traditional yoga class for someone new to yoga. Basic yoga postures that are taught in this class will improve balance, flexibility and reduce stress.

These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
