Chi Quong


Chi Quong is a series of movements that improves balance, focus and strength. This is a modified form of Tai Chi that is built around the class participants. Chi Quong has many health benefits.



These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
