Aqua Yoga

Water

Aqua Yoga has the same benefits as its land-banded counterpart, but has the added advantage of being less stressful on the joints and more relaxing in the warm water.  Flexibility becomes greater over a period of time with Yoga practice in the water.  This is a low impact way to work your muscles, increase your flexibility, and relax your mind.  This class is beneficial for any exercise level.
